Running live outbound campaigns for

How it works

One conversation. Whole campaign running.

The heavy lifting — sourcing, scoring, sending infrastructure — happens automatically underneath.

1

Give us your URL

Our agent, powered by Claude, researches your business and builds the whole campaign: targeting, lead filters, emails, follow-ups, scoring.

2

Approve and launch

Review the plan and the itemized cost, then one click. From there, leads are bought, scored, researched, and emailed automatically.

3

Replies come to you

Read and answer every reply from one inbox while the engine keeps fresh, scored leads flowing into the campaign.

Features

Your AI agent handles everything from research to outreach

One conversation, full campaign

Describe your business once and our AI agent builds your entire outreach campaign.

Emails that sound human

For every contact the AI runs live web searches, reads the actual pages, and sweeps recent news on the company and the person — then writes an email that opens with something real: their latest project, a podcast appearance, a fresh tender win. Every claim is checked against its source before the email queues.

Smart lead scoring

AI rates every lead 0–100 against your ideal customer profile. Below your threshold? Never contacted.

See what gets replies

Track sends, opens, and replies — and answer every prospect from one unified inbox.

How an email gets written

Researched like your best rep would — then fact-checked

Every email is a small research project on one person, run by the AI days before it sends. Here's what goes into one.

  1. 1

    Live web searches, per contact

On average about 7 Google searches per contact — up to 10, plus 5 full page reads — on the company and the person. Not a template over a spreadsheet row.

  2. 2

    A mandatory news sweep

Before writing, the AI always checks what happened recently — a hire, a project, a talk, a funding round — so the opener rests on something that happened, not on a job title.

  3. 3

    Every claim fact-checked

Each factual claim in the draft is traced back to the page it came from. Anything the AI can't back up is stripped; an email that loses its substance is dropped, never sent.

  4. 4

    Written days before it sends

Emails are generated just-in-time, a week's worth at a time, so nothing you send is built on research that's months old.

Illustrative example

Subject: Quick one about your Kingston project

Hi Sarah,

Saw the Kingston site fit-out you announced this month — and your panel point last spring that installers, not budgets, are the bottleneck on builds like it.

We handled the mechanical install on two GTA fit-outs of that size last quarter, both on schedule. Worth a 15-minute look at whether Kingston fits?

With your team past 200 people, you'll need…

— Alex

  • 1From a news search: the Kingston fit-out, announced this month
  • 2From the person: her panel talk on installer bottlenecks
  • 3Claim verified against the page it came from
  • 4Stripped before queueing: a line about headcount the AI couldn't source
Built-in guarantees

An agent with standards, a spending brake — and it keeps watching

Only leads worth emailing get emailed

Every lead is scored 0–100 against your ideal customer. Below your threshold? Never contacted, never paid for research. And the research on every email happens days before it sends, not months, so it lands current. That's why replies come back.

The AI proposes. Only you can spend.

Every purchase shows an itemized breakdown before a dollar moves, and only your click confirms it. That's enforced by our servers, not by a promise. One prepaid wallet covers everything. No seats, no hidden credits, nothing charged while nothing runs.

Launch isn't the end of the agent's job

Every hour it checks each running campaign — reply rate slipping, queue running low, sending stalled, replies left unanswered — and raises it with you first, with the fix. Every Monday it reads your week's numbers and tells you what changed and what to change. Say “do it” and it makes the edit for you.

Every message the AI researches and writes for you costs $0.20 at the entry band, falling in steps to $0.08 at volume. Bands work like tax brackets, so crossing one only reprices the messages above it. Follow-ups built as spintax variants cost nothing to write.

FAQs

Questions? We're glad you asked.

How is Boostie different from classic automation tools?

Classic tools give you the controls and leave you the work: build the ICP, buy the data, write the copy, glue five products together. Boostie's AI agent does the work: it researches your business, defines your ideal customer, finds and scores the leads, writes each email, and runs the campaign. You stay in charge of the money, and every purchase shows an itemized breakdown you approve before a dollar is spent.

What does it actually cost?

Signing up is free and takes no card. Add a card — a $0 authorization, never a charge — and you unlock a $5 AI credit, enough to research your business and see your full proposed campaign. Nothing is charged until you launch. From there, usage is metered from one prepaid wallet covering leads, verification, AI, and sending, with each purchase itemized and approved by you first. No seats, no per-campaign fee, nothing charged while nothing runs.

Why use Boostie instead of hiring an outbound agency?

A done-for-you agency typically runs $2,500–$6,000+ a month on retainer, usually with a 3-month minimum. The surprising part is what that buys: industry studies find only about 5% of outbound senders personalize every email, even though those who do see 2–3× the replies. Boostie researches and writes for every single lead, at metered usage that's a small fraction of a retainer — the pricing page calculator shows your exact shape. And if you'd still rather have humans run it end-to-end, we offer that as a service: write to info@boostie.io.

How does Boostie find and qualify leads?

You paste your URL or describe your business. The AI proposes your ideal customer profile, sources matching leads, and scores every one 0–100 against that profile. Only leads above your quality threshold ever get an email — no score, no send.

Where does the lead data come from, and is it compliant?

Business contacts only — names, roles, companies, and work emails drawn from public professional profiles and business databases, never consumer or personal-life data. Every address goes through email verification before sending, every email carries a working opt-out and a real sender identity, and anyone who opts out is permanently suppressed across your account. We target the way GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL expect B2B outreach to work: legitimate-interest, role-relevant, honest. Our privacy policy spells out the data sources, retention, and how any person can see or delete what we hold on them.

Will AI-written emails land in spam?

Deliverability is handled for you, and we publish the mechanics rather than asking you to take it on faith: sending runs on dedicated domains we register and own, each one carrying full SPF, DKIM and DMARC at p=reject before it sends anything, with mailboxes warmed over two to three weeks, capped at 30 sends a day, and no more than 3 mailboxes per domain. Your own domain is never in the sending pool. On the content side, every email is individually researched and written for one person, the opposite of the mass-blast pattern spam filters catch.

See the full deliverability setup
What stops the AI from making things up in an email?

Every email is written from live research on that one person and company — about 7 web searches plus page reads per contact — and then fact-checked claim by claim: each factual statement is traced back to the page it came from, anything the AI can't back up is stripped, and an email that loses its substance is dropped rather than sent. Before a campaign ever goes live you can test-generate a real email for any lead against your live setup, teach the style with your own good and bad examples, and only leads above your score threshold are ever written to. Everything the AI configures lands in the same forms you can edit by hand, and a campaign never starts sending without your click.

Does it get better over time, or do I have to babysit it?

You don't babysit it. Every hour the agent checks each running campaign — reply rate slipping, ready-to-send queue running low, sending stalled, replies waiting for an answer — and raises the problem with you in chat, together with the fix. Every Monday it reads the week's numbers and sends you a short review: what happened, what changed, and 1–3 concrete things to change. Tell it "do that" and it makes the edit for you. Fully self-tuning scoring is on our roadmap; today the loop closes through you, in one message.

Is cold email legal?

Yes, when done right. B2B cold email is legal under CAN-SPAM (US), and consent rules like GDPR and CASL require legitimate-interest targeting, honest sender identity, and a working opt-out. Boostie's process is built around that: tightly-scored B2B targeting, real sender identities, unsubscribe handling, and suppression lists that permanently block anyone who opts out.

Is Boostie the same as Boosty?

No. Boostie (boostie.io) is a B2B outbound platform, built and operated by Bitforge Softworks Inc. in Ontario, Canada. It has no relation to Boosty.to (a creator-subscription platform) or Boosty.io (an ad-management tool). If you're researching us, look for the -ie.

What kind of results can I realistically expect?

That depends on your offer and market; no honest vendor promises a reply rate. What Boostie guarantees is the process: only high-scoring leads get emailed, every email sends within days of its research, not months, and no lead is ever emailed by two of your campaigns at once. Our first client campaign booked 15 meetings from 60+ positive replies in three months.
