Boostie

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Boostie ("Boostie", "we", "us") covering your use of the Boostie platform at boostie.io and app.boostie.io (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. The Service is built for business use; you represent that you are using it on behalf of a business.

1. The Service

Boostie is an AI-powered outreach platform: an AI agent that researches your business, proposes and configures campaigns, acquires and scores business contacts, writes emails, and sends them through managed sending infrastructure, with replies collected into a unified inbox. Everything the AI configures, you can review and edit manually. Features marked as previews or coming soon are not part of the committed Service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Email verification is required before sign-in.
  • One person or business per account; you may not share, sell, or transfer an account without our consent.

3. Prepaid wallet, metered usage, and auto-recharge

  • Prepaid wallet. The Service is billed from a prepaid, per-workspace wallet. Usage — business contacts, verification, AI features, sending, inboxes, domains — is metered against the balance at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  • Approval before spend. Purchases that draw on your wallet beyond routine metering (for example buying contacts or inboxes, or launching a campaign) are presented as an itemized estimate that you must confirm in the app before they run. The AI agent can propose a purchase but cannot confirm one.
  • Subscription tiers. Paid tiers charge a monthly fee that converts into wallet credit and sets your AI-feature rates. Monthly tier credit expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll over.
  • Auto-recharge. If you enable auto-recharge, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically when your balance falls below your chosen trigger, by your chosen amount, up to the monthly ceiling you set. Your first campaign-launch confirmation authorizes the associated recurring charges (tier fee and auto-recharge) until you change or cancel them in settings. If a payment fails, running campaigns pause.
  • Estimates are estimates. Itemized estimates reflect expected usage; actual metered usage (for example, AI tokens consumed) may vary. Metered usage that has occurred is chargeable, including work spent on contacts that are later invalidated (for example, a contact who changed jobs).
  • Processing fees. Card processing fees are itemized and added at checkout, not hidden in prices.

4. Refunds

  • Paid top-ups that have not been spent are refundable on request.
  • Spent usage (metered services already delivered) is non-refundable.
  • Monthly tier credit is use-it-or-lose-it and is not refundable or convertible to cash.
  • Promotional credit (for example the free signup credit) has no cash value, may expire, and is not refundable.
  • Charges you believe are in error: contact hello@boostie.io within 30 days and we will review the itemized ledger with you.

5. Your content and data

  • You retain all rights to content you provide and to the campaign content generated for your workspace (configurations, emails, replies). You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on it.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use any contact lists you import.
  • Business-contact records acquired through the Service are licensed to your workspace for use within the Service; the underlying records remain part of Boostie's shared directory as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified usage statistics (never your content, never identifiable) to operate and improve the Service.

6. Acceptable use — outreach rules

Boostie exists for lawful, targeted, honest B2B outreach. You agree to all of the following; we may pause campaigns, suppress sending, or terminate accounts that break them:

  • Comply with applicable law in every jurisdiction you target — including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and national ePrivacy rules (EU/UK), and CASL (Canada) — including truthful sender identity, a working opt-out, and honoring opt-outs permanently.
  • B2B outreach only: no consumer marketing lists, no purchased consumer data.
  • No deception: no false identities, no misleading subject lines or headers, no impersonation.
  • No prohibited content: nothing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious (including phishing or malware).
  • Respect suppression: contacts who opt out or are suppressed must stay suppressed; do not attempt to re-import or re-contact them.
  • No abuse of the platform: no attempts to bypass sending limits, complaint-rate guardrails, spend confirmations, or workspace isolation; no security probing without written permission.

We enforce complaint-rate and volume guardrails automatically to protect deliverability for everyone; campaigns may be paused automatically when guardrails trip.

7. AI features

  • AI output can be wrong. The Service is designed so you can review everything before it goes live — proposed configurations are staged for your approval, and you can edit anything manually. You are responsible for the campaigns you launch.
  • AI features are powered by third-party AI infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We do not guarantee replies, meetings, or revenue outcomes; no reputable vendor can.

8. Managed sending infrastructure

  • Done-for-you inboxes and sending domains are provisioned and managed by Boostie through infrastructure partners and are billed from your wallet monthly (inboxes) or yearly (domains).
  • Sending capacity is shared, metered infrastructure; per-workspace volume limits apply and may adjust to protect deliverability.
  • Provisioning times (typically 24–72 hours) and warmup ramps (typically ~2 weeks) are part of normal operation — new inboxes intentionally start below full volume.

9. Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" — no uptime SLA is offered on self-serve plans. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes; we may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice, and price changes never apply retroactively to wallet balances or already-confirmed purchases.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; unspent paid top-ups are refunded per Section 4.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms (especially the acceptable-use rules), for non-payment, or where required by law. Where practical we warn first and pause before we terminate.
  • On termination we delete workspace data on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Boostie and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the amounts you paid to Boostie in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify Boostie against third-party claims arising from your campaigns, your content, your imported data, or your breach of the acceptable-use rules — including regulatory penalties arising from outreach you launched.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boostie's operating entity is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you are established provides otherwise. The operating entity and its registered address will be published on this page before commercial launch.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced to customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance. Questions: hello@boostie.io.
