One prepaid wallet
Boostie has no subscription and no seats. Each workspace has one prepaid wallet, and everything you run draws from it. You add money with Add funds on Settings ▸ Billing; the same page holds every billing setting in this article.
A new workspace starts empty. Add a card to unlock your free starting credit — nothing is charged when you add it, the credit never expires, and there is one free credit per card. At a zero balance, chat, tests and purchases stop until you add funds; campaigns that are already running keep going, so the balance can go below zero until you top up.
Prices are on the pricing page; this article covers how you are charged.
Charged as you use it
These are charged from your wallet as they happen:
- Chat turns with the AI, including the web searches it runs for you
- Rating leads against your campaign's rubric
- Researching and writing each email
- Sending emails
- Copilot drafts of replies (sorting replies into categories is free)
- Test emails and test ratings you ask for
Bought with a confirm click
Purchases always show an itemized estimate first, and nothing is bought until you click to confirm:
- Leads from AI Lead Generation, including checking their email addresses. When the purchase finishes you pay only for what arrived and the checks that were needed; the rest goes back to your wallet.
- Email accounts done-for-you — mailboxes and their domains. After the first payment, mailboxes renew monthly and domains yearly from your wallet until you turn auto-renew off.
The AI can prepare a purchase as a card in the chat, but only your click on that card confirms it.
Auto-recharge and its monthly cap
Auto-recharge tops up from your saved card when your balance runs low. Turn on Enable auto-recharge and set three numbers: When below (the balance that triggers a top-up), Add (how much each top-up adds) and Monthly cap (the most it may charge your card in a calendar month).
The monthly cap limits card charges, not what you use. Right around the turn of a month it can be exceeded by about one top-up.
The autopilot cap
Autopilot buys leads for your active campaigns by itself. It is off until you set a Monthly spend cap and confirm it; the AI offers this as a card during setup, and you can change or turn it off on Settings ▸ Billing.
The two caps are separate: the autopilot cap is what autopilot may spend on leads, and the auto-recharge cap is what may be charged to your card.
If a card payment fails
A failed payment starts a seven-day grace period. Nothing pauses straight away. If auto-recharge is on with a saved card and room under its monthly cap, the payment is retried during that week; otherwise, add funds yourself. If it still hasn't gone through on day seven, active campaigns pause, and they resume by themselves once a payment succeeds.
Where to see your spend
Settings ▸ Billing shows your balance, what you have spent this month and all time, a usage chart, and Invoices — a monthly breakdown of what you used and the credits applied.
