Where to find it
Open a campaign and pick the AI Email Generation tab. It reads from top to bottom: a status line, a real email Boostie wrote, Tell Boostie what to change, and the cards that shape every email. Boostie writes each email just before it goes out, with fresh research about the person, so a change you make here shapes every email written from then on.
The status line
One line says what is happening and what needs you: emails being written, how many are ready and how many days of sending that covers, emails Waiting for your OK, or that a setting changed after some ready emails were written. Then you can Rewrite them with the new settings — an itemized estimate comes first and nothing is charged until you confirm — or Keep them.
The email, explained
An email Boostie wrote shows a real email from this campaign. Use the arrows to see others, and switch between Explained, Plain and Inbox (how it looks in their inbox on a computer and on a phone).
In Explained, every part has its own colour, and How this email was made names the card that shaped it:
- the subject — grey, from Subject lines
- the opener — teal, from Research
- their problem — amber, from Who you're writing to
- who you are — blue, from About you
- the ask — coral, from The ask
- a part you added — violet, from Length & layout
Point at a part to find it in the email; click it to open its card. The whole email also follows Voice, Length & layout and Never do this.
Parts are never guessed. A part is coloured only where the words the writer reported for it are found exactly in the email; otherwise the email shows plain, with one line saying why.
The fact check
Every fact about the person is checked against the page it came from before an email is ready. Under Fact check each one reads Confirmed, Reworded to match the source, Couldn't confirm, Kept with a note or Not checked, with its source and date. When a source contradicts a fact, or a part you set up is missing, the email waits for your OK: Send as written or Don't send.
The cards
What Boostie uses to write has 8 cards: About you, The ask, Research, Who you're writing to, Voice, Length & layout, Subject lines and Never do this. Each one opens in place; Save keeps your change, and closing without saving drops it. A card that still holds the text you started with says Still the starter text. Who you're writing to is edited on AI Lead Rating, where it also decides who gets an email.
Examples holds emails you liked and one you didn't — use Like this or Not like this on the email card. Advanced opens 4 more: AI model, The exact instructions and Built-in rules (those two are read-only), and Custom prompt, for experts who write the whole prompt themselves.
Try someone, then compare
Try someone writes a test email for one person — a best lead waiting, a lead you search for, or Someone new — with your settings as they are now. It looks them up, writes, checks every fact and shows the result with its parts and fact check. Nothing is sent. After you change a card, Write it again writes a new one for the same person, and Before / After compares the two part by part.
Tell Boostie what to change
Pick one of the 5 suggestions, like Shorter or More casual, or type your own. The AI assistant opens with your request in its message box; nothing changes until you press Send there. When the AI changes a card, the card says Changed by AI, with when.
What is free
Reading and editing this tab is free, and so are test emails from Try someone and Write it again (they need some credit in your wallet). A test email you ask the AI for in the chat is charged at the first-tier price of one written email, and real emails are charged as each one is written. Prices are on the pricing page.
