Our price-change policy

Changes are prospective only — every run and purchase is pinned at the price you confirmed, so a later change never reaches back. Recurring items (inbox and domain renewals) change only at your next renewal, with at least 30 days' notice. Your wallet balance is in dollars and stays in dollars: never devalued, never converted into points. Decreases apply immediately, and every material change is posted here.

Pricing changelog

AI writing: one model, one lower price

We upgraded the AI writing engine to a single model that outperformed every option on our writing picker in blind testing — and costs less. The writing model picker is gone; everyone now pays the lowest rate on the ladder.

  • AI research + writing now runs on GPT-5.6 Luna for everyone. In our blind panel testing (a 10-judge panel over 200 identical leads) it was the strongest researcher of the engines we evaluated — and it costs less to run than the models it replaces, so keeping the more expensive picker options would have meant charging more for worse emails.
  • The volume-band ladder was re-derived for the single model, and every band went down: $0.20, $0.16, $0.13, $0.10 and $0.08 per output (was $0.30, $0.25, $0.20, $0.15 and $0.12 at the old mid model — and even campaigns on the old cheapest setting pay the same or less at every band). Bands still work like tax brackets, counted across all your workspaces over a rolling 30 days.
  • The included research-and-writing allowance and the overage rates are unchanged, and spintax follow-up variants still cost $0.
  • The scoring model picker is unchanged — scoring still offers three models at $1.50 / $4.50 / $7.50 per 1,000 leads.
  • This is a price decrease, effective immediately and prospectively: it applies to runs confirmed from today. Per our price-change policy, nothing already confirmed is repriced.

One price list replaces the plan tiers

We retired subscription plans entirely. There is now a single published price list, the same for everyone, and the discounts you used to buy with a monthly fee are automatic with volume.

  • Subscription tiers are gone. The Free, Starter, Scale and Business plans (and their monthly fees) no longer exist — nobody pays a platform fee, and no feature is locked behind a plan.
  • AI writing is now priced per finished email instead of by AI usage: $0.30 for each message the AI researches and writes for you.
  • Plainly: at the entry band this is an increase. Our previous published figure was an estimate of about $0.13 per contact, based on usage that could land above or below it; the new price is a flat, predictable $0.30 — and it falls with volume rather than staying fixed.
  • That price falls automatically with volume, in five bands — $0.30, $0.25, $0.20, $0.15 and $0.12 each — counted across all of your workspaces over a rolling 30 days. Bands work like tax brackets: crossing one only reprices the messages above it, never the ones below.
  • Each AI output includes a generous research-and-writing allowance. If a message needs more than that, the extra is a small, fixed amount that is calculated and shown to you before you confirm the run — never afterwards.
  • Follow-ups written as spintax variants of an email the AI already wrote cost $0. A campaign built entirely from spintax pays nothing at all for writing.
  • Each model on the scoring and writing pickers now shows its own price, so choosing a stronger model is an informed decision rather than a surprise.
  • Talking to the AI agent is billed at what the conversation costs to run plus 50% — deliberately the cheapest meter on the list, because conversation is how campaigns get built.
  • Copilot (beta) is available to everyone. Reading and sorting your replies is free; an AI-drafted reply bills as one AI output at your current band rate, and rewrites of the same draft are free within fair use.
  • Our Managed service — where our team runs the whole motion for you — is now listed publicly at $1,995/month plus usage at the same published rates. It is by application, with a limited number of places.
  • Lead scoring is now a flat $1.50 per 1,000 leads on the fast model — replacing the old usage-based estimate of roughly $2.48 per 1,000, so for most people this is a decrease as well as a predictable number. Choosing a stronger scoring model costs more: three times that price on the mid model, five times on the top one, shown on the picker before you choose.
  • Lead sourcing ($3/1,000), verification ($6.50/1,000), sending ($1.25/1,000), inboxes ($5.50/month) and domains ($15/year) are unchanged. Extra workspaces remain free and unlimited.
  • We also published our price-change policy: changes are prospective only, recurring prices change only at renewal with at least 30 days' notice, and your dollar wallet balance is never devalued.
