Use Boostie from Claude, ChatGPT or your code editor

Connect the AI app you already use and set up Boostie from there: the steps for each app, what the sign-in page shows, who can connect, and how to revoke access.

Why use your own AI app

If you already work in an AI app every day, you can run Boostie from there instead of switching to Boostie's AI tab. Chatting there doesn't use your AI credits.

Once it's connected, your app works in your workspace the way the assistant in Boostie does:

A few requests are still charged, just as they are in Boostie's own chat: a test email, a test rating of a lead, and spinning a follow-up step. Your campaigns are charged as usual — see How billing works.

The AI tab keeps working as before, so use whichever suits you.

Before you connect

Open Settings ▸ Integrations ▸ AI assistant in Boostie and keep it open. Your Boostie address is at the top, with a copy button, and under it are the steps for each app, with the command and the install buttons ready to use. The steps below are the same, in short.

Only the workspace owner can connect an app — see Owners and members below.

Connect your app

Claude — on the web, desktop and phone

  1. In Claude on the web, choose Add custom connector and paste your Boostie address.
  2. When Claude sends you to Boostie, sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow.

Added once on the web, Boostie is also in the Claude desktop and phone apps, and in Claude Code with the same account. Every Claude plan can add it, and the Free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner of your Claude organization adds it.

ChatGPT — on the web

  1. In ChatGPT on the web, add a new connector and paste your Boostie address.
  2. When ChatGPT sends you to Boostie, sign in, pick the workspace and click Allow.

This works on the web only, and only on some ChatGPT plans — check your plan's connector settings.

Claude Code

  1. Copy the command from the connect page and run it in your terminal.
  2. In Claude Code, type /mcp and follow the steps in your browser: sign in to Boostie and click Allow.

If you already added Boostie in Claude on the web with the same account, Claude Code has it too.

Cursor and VS Code

  1. On the connect page, open Cursor or VS Code, click Add to Cursor or Add to VS Code, and confirm the install in your editor.
  2. When your editor asks you to sign in, sign in to Boostie and click Allow.

Any other app

Any app that can add an MCP server over HTTP and send a header works with your Boostie address and an API key.

  1. On the connect page, open Any other app and click Create key. Name the key after the app that will hold it, then copy it — it's shown only once.
  2. In your app, add your Boostie address and send the key in an Authorization: Bearer <key> header.

Anyone holding the key can act on your workspace until you revoke it, but it can't create more keys or confirm a purchase — those stay a click in Boostie.

What the sign-in page shows

When your app sends you to Boostie, sign in as usual if you aren't already. The page that follows shows:

Click Allow and Boostie sends you back to your app, connected. Deny sends you back without connecting anything.

Owners and members

Only the workspace owner can sign in an app or create an API key, and only the owner sees the list of connections. If you're a member of someone else's workspace, ask its owner to create a key for you to use as described under Any other app. The sign-in page only offers workspaces you own, so it can't connect theirs.

See and revoke connections

Every app you sign in and every key you create is listed under Connections on Settings ▸ Integrations ▸ AI assistant, with when it was created and last used. A signed-in app is listed under the name it gave itself.

Click Revoke to cut one off. A key stops working immediately; a signed-in app has to sign in again before it can use Boostie. Revoked connections stay listed under Revoked. Connecting the same app again usually replaces its earlier sign-in; if an app shows twice, revoke the older one.

Your first message

Once your app is connected, send it the message under Then say on the connect page. It asks your app to research your business and help you set up your first campaign. If you chose Set it up from my own AI assistant when you signed up, that page is where you landed, and the message already names your company.

Everything your app sets up lands in the same forms you can edit by hand in Boostie. Once it has changed or prepared something, its conversation also appears in the AI tab's history, marked From your assistant.
